I have taught martial arts and self-defense to kids and teens for decades. About 10 years ago, I started a yearly 6-week bully prevention class and realized that the real issues that cause bullying begin because of a lack of confidence or trauma. By instilling value through hard work and experience, I have seen thousands of boys and girls overcome bullying and become strong leaders among their peers.

Helping teens involved in non-violent crimes give back and reintegrate with a greater sense of purpose.
This is not a game. This is training for life. Every time you lace your gloves, step on the mat, or open God’s Word — you’re getting stronger. But not just in your body — in your heart, in your mind, and in your soul. The world wants to tear you down, chain you to lies, and train you to fight the wrong battles. But we’re here to fight the right fight. We’re raising up disciplined, honorable, Christ-following warriors.
If you walk this path — you live by a higher standard:
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood…” (Ephesians 6:12)
I won’t waste punches on the wrong people. My fight is against sin, temptation, injustice, and spiritual darkness.
1.
“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” (1 Corinthians 16:13)
I don’t follow the crowd. I lead with conviction. I speak the truth. I live with backbone.
2.
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion…” (1 Peter 5:8)
I guard my mind, my eyes, and my heart. I don’t play with sin — I stay ready.
3.
“Discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness.” (1 Timothy 4:7 NASB)
Every punch, every rep, every prayer is part of my mission. I don’t train aimlessly — I sharpen myself daily.
4.
“Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.” (Romans 12:10)
I don’t tear down — I build up. I protect those beside me. I don’t fight for ego — I fight for my team.
5.
“Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’” (Matthew 5:37)
I don’t lie, cheat, or make excuses. My character is stronger than my fists.
6.
“Set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)
I live like someone is always watching — because they are. I walk with integrity even when no one’s clapping.
7.
“The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” (James 5:16)
Before I step into any ring, I kneel before my King. That’s where real power comes from.
8.
“In just a few sessions, I learned to manage my stress, set healthy boundaries, and create more time for what matters most.”
